SERVICE DESCRIPTON: This deal price is to refurbish x4 diamond cut alloy wheels, alloy sizes included are 18'' & 19'', it also includes our collection & delivery service within our specified areas - Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and South London. Upon booking, you will be allocated a 30-minute collection slot and will receive a reminder notification 1 hour before our arrival at your chosen location. IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ALLOY WHEELS ARE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO COLLECTION. OUR TEAM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING THE WHEELS FROM THE VEHICLE OR RE INSTALLING THEM ON DELIVERY. TIME: Please allow 3-5 working days from when we collect your tyre/wheel for it to be refurbished and delivered back to you. LEGAL POLICY DISCLAIMER: Please Note: Wheel Medics cannot accept responsibility for the condition of tyres or any issues arising after their removal and re-fitting, including but not limited to damage, improper sealing, or wear. We cannot warrant or guarantee the condition, durability, or performance of repaired alloy wheels. This includes their structural integrity, cosmetic appearance, or compatibility with your vehicle. Any pre-existing damage to wheels or tyres that impacts repair quality or usability is not our responsibility. Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, it is final and cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled via our website platform with at least 48hrs notice. By booking, you consent to the immediate commencement of services and waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from completing the service, we will work with you to find an alternative solution wherever possible. Disclaimer: Wheel Medics will take all reasonable care when handling your alloy wheels and tyres; however, we do not accept liability for: Pre-existing damage to tyres or wheels. Issues arising after repair that are unrelated to the service provided. Any tyre-related issues during or after removal and refitting unless due to proven negligence. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a service provided with reasonable care and skill. All bookings must be made through our website or by direct contact with our team. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the collection and delivery arrangements. Please ensure that your alloy wheels are removed from the vehicle prior to collection, as we do not remove wheels from vehicles. As part of our service, we will remove tyres from your alloy wheels, free of charge, and re-fit them after the repair.
