Wheel Medix Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Policy
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings must be made through our website or by direct contact with our team. Upon booking, you will be allocated a 30-minute collection slot and will receive a reminder notification one hour prior to our arrival at your selected location.
2. Pre-Collection Requirements
Please ensure that your alloy wheels are removed from the vehicle before the scheduled collection time. Wheel Medix will not be responsible for removing wheels from vehicles or reinstalling them after the repair. Tyre removal and refitting are included as part of our service at no additional charge.
3. Repair and Delivery Times
Please allow 3-5 working days from the collection of your alloy wheels for the repair to be completed and the wheels to be delivered back to you.
4. Legal Disclaimer

Condition of Tyres and Wheels: Wheel Medix cannot accept responsibility for the condition of tyres or any issues arising from their removal and re-fitting, including but not limited to damage, improper sealing, or wear.

Repair Warranty: We do not warrant or guarantee the condition, durability, or performance of repaired alloy wheels, including their structural integrity, cosmetic appearance, or compatibility with your vehicle. Any pre-existing damage to alloy wheels or tyres that affects the repair quality or usability is not our responsibility.

Liability Limitations: While we will take all reasonable care when handling your alloy wheels and tyres, we do not accept liability for:

Pre-existing damage to tyres or alloy wheels

Issues unrelated to the service provided that arise after the repair

Any tyre-related issues during or after removal and refitting, unless proven to be caused by our negligence This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a service provided with reasonable care and skill.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Once your booking is confirmed, it is final and cannot be refunded. However, you may reschedule the service through our website platform with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled collection time.
By booking, you consent to the immediate commencement of services and waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
6. Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing us from completing the service, we will work with you to find an alternative solution wherever possible.
7. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By booking with Wheel Medix, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, including the booking, cancellation, disclaimer, and repair policies outlined above.
